Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process purchases, perform general cleaning, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security of documents and data.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail work experience.
