Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
