Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
