Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. Your interactions with customers and collaboration with team members are essential to creating a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
