Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with shopping and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
