Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate excellent customer service, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring product levels.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and stocking up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
