Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of customer service and operational excellence. From merchandising to cashiering and cleaning, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold ALDI's standards and competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
