Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
