Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will collaborate with team members and management, uphold company policies, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
