Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
