Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
