Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and uphold security measures for documents and data.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skilled in safe use of equipment and general cleaning procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
