Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer shopping experience by stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold our high standards and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
