Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the M.A.P. mindset and ALDI Acts competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products effectively.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate clearly with the team.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
