Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a top-notch appearance while providing exceptional customer service. As part of a collaborative team, you will stock and merchandise products, handle customer purchases, and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. mindset and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Deliver superior customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Work closely with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, ensuring accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist in minimizing losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for employment.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and stocking tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
