Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the Aldi team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with team members, and offer feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service, operate equipment efficiently, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
