Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and general store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
