Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters to management.
- Participate in inventory counting and ensure accurate stock monitoring.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to follow company policies, perform cleaning tasks, and communicate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
