Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, uphold company policies, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Follow cleaning duties and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Meet all state and local requirements.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience.
