Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Process customer purchases efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
