Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
