Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience.
