Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
