Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi, where you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall efficiency of the store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and the store management team.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
