Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer experiences
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a retail environment is a plus
