Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays in the store.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.
• Perform inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
