Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe operation of equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
