Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and within a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
