Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain cleanliness within the store.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI’s standards and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
