Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and contributing to the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow cash handling procedures and adhere to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
