Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through efficient merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, competencies, and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management, uphold cash policies, and adhere to company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
