Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are neat.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
