Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's appearance is kept at its best, handling cashier duties, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and stock shelves neatly
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team and management
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company procedures, maintain document security, and carry out assigned tasks

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work both independently and in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, prior retail experience a plus
