Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained, providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and stock merchandise neatly.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and maintain cash policies to reduce losses.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Ability to operate a cash register and necessary equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
