Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
