Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and stocked, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store maintenance
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred
