Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and polite customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capacity to interpret and apply company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and multitasking ability.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience beneficial.
• A combination of education and experience.
