Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning tasks to maintain the store's appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
