Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and assist in inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
- Assist with inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
