Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to uphold our high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
