Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers have a positive shopping experience. In this position, you will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to maintaining the store's overall cleanliness and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback to management on store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
