Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
