Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses.
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security standards, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
