Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store displays, and provide top-notch customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and perform assigned duties
• Handle physical demands including stocking, lifting, and operating store equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking capabilities
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial
