Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking processes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet all necessary state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
