Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work well independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
