Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in monitoring inventory
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
