Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy while adhering to cash policies.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, such as cash registers and cleaning tools.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
