Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cashiering and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
