Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are provided with exceptional service, and product displays are maintained to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ACT Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
